More About Philip Solomon-Turay

I am a positive, light-hearted individual who has a big interest in sports and performance psychology. From playing multiple sports in my youth and loving it when I performed in the zone (flow state), I became interested in the psychological makeup of athletes and pursued an education in this field.

I completed my BSc and MSc in Sport Psychology and I currently work in the field of mental health. I have worked with multiple athletes of all ages across England. I utilise a positive, cognitive behavioural approach, to develop the psychological skills for the enhancement of the athlete's performance. My aim is to enable athletes to feel the same enjoyment of performing in the zone (flow state) that I have experienced and to raise the awareness of the psychological benefits of exercise within my community.
