More About Ryne Head

I have been a baseball and football coach for the previous 10 years working extensively with athletes who have both never played organized sports before and athletes who are the top competitors in their sport. I played baseball for over 20+ years, earning a scholarship to play at the collegiate level. I recognized my desire and the overall need for mental performance after my playing career was done, unfortunately for me but fortunate for the athletes I now coach. I obtained my Masters Degree in sports and exercise psychology and have since created a mental skills curriculum that I have been blessed to share with hundreds of high school athletes. This program is still in its infancy and I plan to expand and teach it to as many athletes across the full spectrum of skill levels in the near future. Sports psychology is my passion and with the stigma around mental health slowly dissipating, I am ecstatic to help the future class of athletes develop their mental skills and perform at their highest potential. The curriculum covers several topics including: Confidence, anxiety, visualization, self-talk, and goal-setting, as well as several others. These skills are vital to athletes achieving their ever elusive full-potential.
