I am Dr Rachael Newport CPsychol, a BPS Chartered and HCPC Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist. Plus, a qualified Performance Lifestyle Advisor. I can help provide you or your child with the support and guidance to improve your psychological skills to be the best version of yourself.
I provide support to individuals, groups, and teams. I specialise in providing support to children and parents, plus extensive experience of supporting elite and professional athletes to reach their full potential.
