Sport Performance Specialist

Rachele is a passionate and driven individual and loves working with people to support them reach their full potential, would that be their optimal performance or their psychological wellbeing. They have experience working with athletes and coaches playing at a semi-professional and professional level of both individual and team sports. In particular, they have extensive experience in professional and semi-professional football and have also worked with rugby, swimming, cycling, running, shooting and hockey. The main concerns they work with are related to anxiety, self-confidence, motivation, concentration, mental skills, player's identity, dual career, career transition, performing under pressure, coach-athlete relationship, emotional intelligence and regulation.
Part of their expertise is in helping clubs to develop a sport culture that facilitate players' development, wellbeing and success, supporting coaches, parents, development officers and managers.
As exercise psychologist, they also worked in partnership with companies interested in raise awareness on the importance of physical activities, mental health and psychology, in particular with the LGBTQIA+ population and sport governing bodies.
Rachele is happy to work with athletes, parents, coaches, referees and clubs to help the reach their full potential.
Rachele works in Edinburgh and Glasgow area, but can offer online support anywhere you are in English and Italian.
