I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a 2:1 BSc honours degree in Sport Science. I continued my studies into the Sports Therapy field by completing the Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy with Active Health Group, where I obtained a distinction. Being able to help and advise people, whether involved in sport or not, who are suffering from an injury or any type of ache or pain, is very personally rewarding and matches my personality to a tee.
I am the lead sports therapist at Wroxham Football Club, and part of the academy medical team at Ipswich Town Football Club. I also provide sports massage at events such as Norwich Half Marathon, Norwich Triathlon, Active Norfolk Corporate Games, Race for Life to name a few and also support Norfolk United Netball Club during their England Netball National Premier League 3 season.
Using my 4 years of knowledge & experience, and by continually updating and learning new skills and techniques, I am able to provide an outstanding and professional service to all my clients.
