I specialise in chronic & complex pain. With a background in pain neuroscience, physiotherapy & rehabilitation, I create individual programmes of treatment & training to move you forward. Pain can and does change when you understand it and create the right conditions in the body. My approach is proactive because this is about you changing your pain with the right treatment, support & motivation, and by addressing pain comprehensively: physically & intellectually. As well as helping your body to move better and to be fitter, we target the brain & other body systems for sustained change in pain.
