Sleep is the most overlooked method of self-care in modern society with over 30% of adults reporting sleep difficulties. I provide workshops and coaching on sleep to help clubs and individuals tailor their perfect sleep routine. When we get 7-9 hours of good quality sleep per night, our emotional wellbeing is restored to its optimal state, all aspects of our athletic performance are significantly enhanced, and our susceptibility to injury reduced. If sleep throughout the entire human infrastructure of a club is optimised, including all staff, coaches and athletes, a club is substantially better placed to reach its potential.
I also provide workshops and coaching on any other topic of mental health which might be of interest including, anxiety, depression, and anger.
I am a Psychotherapist (trainee), providing 1-to-1 therapy to all athletes, coaches and staff on any mental health struggle. I have previously cured a 25 year long case of PTSD in just one session. I am trained in Human Givens therapy, which averages just 3.6 sessions until clients are symptom free.
