Stephen Renwick, a distinguished BASES sport and exercise scientist specializing in psychology, brings a wealth of expertise to the field. With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and specialised training in acceptance and commitment therapy, Stephen is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. Collaborating with elite athletes from various sports, he leverages his extensive knowledge and skills to optimize their performance and mental resilience. My Approach I take a holistic approach to therapy. My goal is to help my clients develop the skills and resilience they need to navigate sports challenges based around acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). My Values At Champion's Mindset, I value compassion, respect, and integrity. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for my clients.
My Specialisations: I have specialised training in a variety of areas, including high performance athletes, psychological skills training and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), for all sports and abilities. Over 2000 hours of experience in across 37 sports.

Stephen has been absolutely amazing with helping me with what I need. Even when I still have any problems or worries he’s always a message away. He’s made me see stuff in different ways and helped me achieve my goals one step at a time.
