I truly appreciate the opportunity to help people realise their strengths and values, and find and develop the motivation and confidence needed to create lasting lifestyle or performance changes.
Since 2011, I have worked with a range of individuals, from those who want support to make healthy behaviour changes, to all levels of athletes from a variety of sports, and performers including musicians, dancers, and business professionals. I also provide support for organisations such as CanRehab, ETH Zurich (Singapore), NHS, CIMSPA, UKDeafSport, everactiv, Community Link Worker Network and more.
