Hi!
I am a trainee Sport Psychologist currently completing the Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology with the British Psychological Society. I am passionate about helping individuals to be the best version of themselves, in life and in sport. I work in partnership with my clients to increase self-awareness, maximise strengths and overcome challenges. Together we'll develop personalised and evidence-based solutions to ensure growth towards your full potential.
I believe that wellbeing is just as important as performance, and it's an important part of everything I do. I work with athletes, parents, coaches, and organisations to ensure that individuals have the tools and environments to thrive. My work in sport has spanned a wide variety of disciplines including golf, gymnastics, cricket, athletics, swimming, tennis and rugby, but I am by no means limited to those sports.
