More About Adrienn Szabadics

I am an ambitious trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist currently pursuing chartered status with the British Psychological Society by completing the Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Stage 2). 

During my time as an elite swimmer, in an environment where small margins can make big differences between success and failure, I became very intrigued by the subject of sport and exercise psychology. Through volunteering to a number of causes during my time as a student, most notably the Smiling Hospital Foundation and the Think Pacific Fiji expedition, I have gained a significant appreciation for a positive outlook on life and how powerful it can be. 

I am experienced in working with sport teams such as Saracens Academy with aim of fostering team cohesion and preparing the players for their upcoming games.

I have a passion working with individual athletes applying an athlete-centred approach.
