Robbie Thompson is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach where he has worked for over 12 years with a huge range of clients from entrepreneurs, business owners, teachers, dentists, to professional athletes, actors and celebrities. 


In that time his role has changed from a Personal Trainer who helps people get fitter and stronger, to a coach who works with busy, high performing people to upgrade how they look, feel and perform in all areas of their lives. 


Working with such a huge range of people and seeing the very different requirements, restrictions and challenges that they face and has given him a valuable insight into how health and wellbeing works in “real life.”   This has allowed Robbie to develop strategies that stand up to the requirements of the lives of busy, high performing people.
