My coaching style is based around improving technique. Technique is everything as far as I am concerned, the ability to execute a movement pattern or skill under extreme pressure is the most important skill you can have at any level of sport. I am not the most gifted powerlifter there has ever been, but I have honed my technique to get the most out of the natural ability I have. This is no happenstance, I devote a great deal of time to improving my skill in the the squat, bench and deadlift and I can help you develop yours too. I can help you do more than you can actually do on your own. With my background experience, pedigree of athletes I have coached before and the type of service I provide, you are sure in good hands.
