I am an MSc qualified Sports Therapist and a member of the UK Society for Sports Therapists. Over the years I have worked with amateur, semi-professional, and professional athletes looking for rehabilitation and restoration of performance levels, and clients from all walks of life who are experiencing pain, discomfort and a loss of function.
Sports therapy is used for the prevention and rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals, whether this be professional athletes returning to sport, or people wishing to regain function and pain-free movement. Some techniques that I use are sports massage, manipulation and mobilisation, ultrasound, postural therapies, directed exercises, and kinesiology taping.
I work at Evolve Rehabilitation & Therapy, which is an innovative new Sports Injury and Performance Clinic that offers clients a combination of physical and psychological therapies to achieve their performance and wellbeing goals. I work alongside my co-founder Dr Clare Churchman to offer tailored assessment and treatment pathways for clients using both physical and psychological perspectives. Evolve Rehabilitation & Therapy is based in South Oxfordshire and serves clients from all over the UK.
