More About Louis Ross

I have experience working in football, tennis, golf, and weightlifting. Within these different sports I have worked with junior athletes & adults in a 1 to 1 & group capacity. I currently work Part-Time for Mindframe Performance & you can view my availability here. Please contact me before you go ahead and book; we can discuss things initially before you make any decision.

Depending on what you may need, I am happy to send an information pack & discuss further how I may be able to help.  I have written blogs for BelievePerform & a local tennis club that covered topics such as: Relative Age Effect, motivation, supporting children in sport (for parents), setting goals/targets, using sport psychology techniques during competition.

As well as creating written content, I create several infographics and post them on social media, use them in presentations, & create worksheets/handouts for most, if not all of my group workshops and clients. I try to create as many visuals as possible that help athletes reflect and become more familiar with the topics we discuss.

I also work with Go Again who are a charity that provides free mental health, mentoring, and sport psychology support to those at every level of football. My work with Go Again involves:
- 1:1 support to athletes,
- Player and parent workshops detailing who Go Again are and how we can help with things such as: the release process, preventative support (providing tools during their time vs. when they leave), how to access our support & what support looks like.
- Building and maintaining relationships with coaches & support staff to ensure they know what we do at Go Again & how we can add value to what they are already doing.

Louis has been a huge support for our family. Contacting him was simple and with a fast and professional response. We required Louis to speak to our son. (10years old) about anxiety and self belief in sport.
Louis was brilliant in relating to our son and was happy to include us all to build our understanding. With rethinking and supported work we were able to see a huge improvement in our sons belief and confidence.
High recommended ????
