I have experience working in football, tennis, golf, and weightlifting. Within these different sports I have worked with junior athletes & adults in a 1 to 1 & group capacity. I travel across the South-West for my work and I also conduct virtual 1 to 1 or group workshops depending on the client's needs.
Depending on what you may need, I am happy to send an information pack & discuss further how I may be able to help. I have written blogs for BelievePerform & a local tennis club that covered topics such as: Relative Age Effect, motivation, supporting children in sport (for parents), setting goals/targets, using sport psychology techniques during competition.
As well as creating written content, I create several infographics and post them on social media, use them in presentations, & create worksheets/handouts for most, if not all of my group workshops and clients. I try to create as many visuals as possible that help athletes reflect and become more familiar with the topics we discuss. I have also recently started to create short TikTok videos to explain some topics/concepts.
I also work with Go Again who are a charity that provides free mental health, mentoring, and sport psychology support to those at every level of football. My work with Go Again involves:
- 1:1 support to athletes,
- Player and parent workshops detailing who Go Again are and how we can help with things such as: the release process, preventative support (providing tools during their time vs. when they leave), how to access our support & what support looks like.
- Building and maintaining relationships with coaches & support staff to ensure they know what we do at Go Again & how we can add value to what they are already doing.
