As a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist, my goal is to help you achieve yours! You may currently be feeling frustrated and unable to perform as well as you feel you 'should' be able to. You know that doing 'the same things' isn't going to change anything, and feel ready to try a different approach.
I support adult (aged 18 plus) athletes and exercisers of all levels and am passionate about doing so. Many of my clients have never worked with a psychologist prior to working with me. I completely understand that you may feel a little daunted about reaching out or what to expect.
