I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training (SEPiT) with BASES. I offer tailored workshops to meet the needs of your club, team or sport group, as well as individual 1-1 sessions. I have a holistic, client-centred approach, recognising the importance of individual wellbeing alongside optimum performance. I have worked within a range of sports, including football, tennis, swimming, diving, sailing, hockey and horse-riding. I am based in Hampshire, however I can offer online Zoom consultations or workshops in any location.
