Noonan Sport Psychology is a consultancy service based in the South East of Ireland. Shane and Claire are a pair of sport psychologists who focus on helping athletes learn how to cope with the unique demands of an athlete lifestyle by increasing their ability to cope and balance their personal and professional lives. Noonan Sport Psychology is committed to providing exceptional Sport Psychology services to athletes at all levels of sport, whilst also providing support and guidance to individuals looking to increase their physical activity levels.
Shane and Claire have worked with athletes from a variety of sports such as multi-event athletes, track and field, football teams, triathletes, and teams in gaelic games (i.e hurling and gaelic football).
We are passionate about helping athletes reach their potential by providing them with the space and support to explore what they are looking from when working with a sport psychologist, and how to use a variety of psychological and mindful skills to enhance their performance and wellbeing.
