Coaches are an important part of any athlete's or exerciser's development. They provide guidance and feedback that can help us improve our skills and techniques. However, it's not always easy to accept coaching feedback, especially when it feels like we're being critiqued. So how can we get better at accepting coaching feedback? Here are a few tips: ____

1. Acknowledge that it can be difficult to receive feedback, but remind yourself that it is given with the intention of helping you improve

2. Try to be open-minded when receiving feedback, and consider how you can use it to your advantage

3. Don't take feedback personally - remember that it is about your work or performance, not you as a person

How to tell your coach that you need more positive feedback?

Furthermore, offer some solutions as well such as having regular check-ins with supervisors or managers, setting up a meeting schedule beforehand so everyone is aware of each other’s progress or achievements, or forming an internal recognition system among colleagues.
