Sport Performance Specialist
I am a registered Sport Psychologist (and Sport and Exercise Scientist) with over 10 years of experience, based on the south coast. I enjoy working with athletes across a range of expertise, from amateur to professional, across a variety of sports. I am currently working as a Sport Psychologist in mixed martial arts (MMA), and have previously worked with athletes from rugby league, gymnastics, shooting, as a well as referees and coaches. I am committed to helping each client reach their full potential using a range of interventions. I am happy to travel.
