Will has worked in a variety of sporting roles within national governing bodies, local authority sports development departments and a national agency. Currently, he is completing a PhD in leadership (University of Strathclyde Business School). At present, he provides psychology support to athletes in academies, national programmes and professional sport as a chartered sport & exercise psychologist. His focus is on helping athletes & coaches maximise their potential, in addition to supporting such individuals to deal with the demands of the sporting industry.
