Sport Performance Specialist

Jillian is a fully chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist.
She aims to support athletes to better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how this impacts upon their sporting performance. Jillian works with athletes for performance development and progression in sport, as well as, performance difficulties or challenges. Jillian has experience supporting various athletes, especially footballers and martial artists. With a keen interest in elite level sport, Jillian has worked with football clubs from the English premier league, Scottish premier league, the FA and with national/international level athletes. She currently works at Rangers FC and Airdrieonians FC in Scotland.
Jillian works in one-to-one settings, group settings, on the pitch and online via video call. She currently is researching talent development and the factors that aid/hinder success when transitioning up a level in sport.
Jillian is registered as a chartered member with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
