I am a performance psychologist seeking to help people to achieve their goals, find meaning in their journeys, and develop resilience that aids in all areas of life. I draw from a variety of therapeutic and scientific approaches to facilitate people in developing the necessary insight or skills to access their peak physical performance. I also lecture in psychology at the University of Buckingham, which means I am always up to date with the latest theory and research, endeavouring to apply this to my practice.
I work from a pluralistic and person-centred perspective. This means that I believe that there are various potential pathways that any one person can take in navigating their challenges, and this should be directed by their own unique experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their worldview and then pursue the framework(s) or strategy that resonates most strongly with that worldview.
I have worked with athletes of all levels - from amateur to World Champions - in the pursuit of their goals, in addition to individuals looking to develop healthier lifestyles or cultivate motivation to exercise. I have also worked in the performing arts and business domains. Performance psychology is something everyone can benefit from, regardless of experience, ability or age.
