My Role
I'm David Charlton a HCPC Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and keen amateur golfer who still competes when I have opportunity around my work and small children.
I offer a mobile consultancy service, where I travel (UK, Europe and Internationally) to meet individuals, teams and organisations at a venue of their choice.
My areas of special interest are Mental Toughness and Leadership development where I have a proven ability to help people achieve their goals, quickly.
Sport Psychology Expertise
To help clients my preference is to use strength and solution based approaches, cognitive restructuring, imagery and hypnosis - always with the clients ultimate goals in mind.
I also practise what I preach and personally I've meditated and do mindfulness exercises for a number of years and have seen first hand the benefits it has made to my own life and performance at work and in sport, including enhanced focus and concentration.
How Can I Help You?
