Hi! I’m Jade Anstis, Head Coach at Aura Triathlon Coaching. I coach full time on a 1:1 level with a small number of athletes across all distances, abilities & ambition levels. My own experience & passion lies in full distance 140.6 racing & I have raced at GB AG level & at Ötillö Swim Run World Series. I am qualified to BTF Level 3 (High Performing Coach), & TrainingPeaks Level 2 accredited. Both myself & Aura athletes are Ironman World Championship qualifiers (Kona, Hawaii). I place emphasis on technical data driven progression, while still balancing the changes in a busy athlete’s lifestyle. I only offer one level of coaching: full support - dedicated & highly personalised to unlock an athlete’s full potential. I also offer 1:1 swim analysis, focused on finding improvements to your natural stroke efficiency, with a set of drills prescribed & taught to refine your own specific stroke style.
