Having completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees, I am currently a Sport and Exercise Psychologist (in training), registered with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science and working towards registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
I currently work as a Sport Psychologist at King’s College London and the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme, supporting talented athletes in achieving their peak performance, whilst looking after their wellbeing. I work across a wide range of sports including football, rugby, athletics, boxing, lacrosse, voleyball, fencing, taekwondo, to name a few, supporting athletes at the national, international, and Olympic levels of competition. I also work with recreational and collegiate student-athletes competing at BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport).
Through our work together, my aim is to help you develop a psychological skillset necessary to achieve your full potential in your sport and performance, whilst helping you thrive in personal journey through life.
My work is underpinned by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) which has accrued a strong evidence base in sport and performance as well as clinical settings. ACT incorporates mindfulness training which, through practice promotes the possibility of bringing the performer to the only moment of importance –– the present moment. Many of the world’s best athletes and teams currently use mindfulness as part of their training.
As well as being fully professionally insured and registered, I am DBS checked and able to work with young people.
I offer one to one support tailored to your needs and what you’re hoping to achieve. Consultations are conducted virtually via Zoom, over the phone, or in-person in London or Surrey. Whether you are looking for a one-off consultation or a long-term alliance, please don’t hesitate to reach out using the email contact form, to discuss our potential work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
