Rachel is a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training, currently completing the SEPAR accreditation route. Rachel completed her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees at Bangor University and University of Chichester respectively.
Rachel has experience supporting athletes, coaches and parents in esports and karting currently but is open to opportunities within other sports. Alongside her applied work, Rachel has worked with a number of researchers and will be named on a number of papers that are currently being processed. Her current research interests include esports, formula racing, mental wellbeing, personality and perfectionism.
Rachel is available for 1:1 sport psychology support and workshops online and in-person sessions may be feasible depending on location.
